PRICE LIST

  1. We accept cash or card payment. Payment for services is due on the day. Receipts are provided as requested. 

  2. Payment may be made via card or cash on the day of the session. If you are able to claim sessions back through your pet insurance provider, we ask you to provide payment and we will assist you in claiming your costs back by providing you with a receipt & signing your insurance form. 

  3. Your pet insurance policy may well cover hydrotherapy. Some pet insurance policies will cover hydrotherapy if your hydrotherapist is registered with CHA as we are. Please check with your insurance provider. 

  4. Sessions are by appointment only & are available Monday-Friday including evenings.

  5. We agree that occasionally you may need to cancel your booked appointment and our cancellation policy requires a 48-hour notice period. For cancelled appointments outside of this period or non-attendance, the appointment fee will be charged in full unless your dog is ill.
